He served as audit staff, senior, manager and partner for several international manufacturing companies, such as Canon, Konica Minolta and Minebea. He also performed IPO service in Japan. Tomono was transferred to 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Taipei office from 2002 until 2008 and in 2015 to handle Japanese-affiliated companies in Taiwan. Before joining 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网, he had work experience in Tokyo Tax Bureau.
 
Tomono received his Bachelor degree in economics from Rikkyo University in Tokyo, Japan. Tomono is a Japanese Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
