He has provided financial assessment and share transfer agreement review services to a total of over 100 domestic and foreign institutional investors and private venture capital entities. By working with leading foreign investment funds at the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 London office, he gained international experience in this field. In addition to his expertise in financial matters related to corporate investors and private equity, Hakan Demirelli possesses comprehensive knowledge of accounting practices and IFRS issues in T眉rkiye. His areas of experience extend beyond the Oil and Gas sector to include energy, services, and real estate.
