Eray started his career as an Assistant Tax Auditor at 陌stanbul office of Arthur Andersen in year 1999 and worked until year 2002. He joined 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 T眉rkiye as a senior in year 2002. He was promoted as a manager in year 2005, a senior manager in year 2008 and a director in year 2011 Sectorial Experience As a director, he is specialized in M&A Tax services and International Corporate Tax Services for the last 7 years. He has wide experience in working with corporate investors from various industries and private equity firms regarding their investments to T眉rkiye. He has also worked for many Turkish companies regarding their Turkish acquisitions and outbound investments He has wide sector experience including energy, food, real estate, manufacturing, construction, information technology and telecommunication sectors. He has extensive knowledge on Turkish tax legislation, Turkish double tax treaty network, international structuring schemes
