Songpon has worked on a wide range of transactions and advisory engagements, including performing due diligence reviews of companies in distress. Prior to working with 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网, he spent two and a half years at a private equity firm based in the UK working on various distressed and leveraged buy out deals focusing on delivering long term value to an investment. During this time, he was also a Financial Controller for one of the portfolio companies, specializing in oilfield services where he was responsible to driving business improvement plans covering EBITDA and cash flow.
