Learning and Development (6 months contract)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize training program

    • Organize the training venue and equipment by selecting appropriate methods (i.e. virtual classroom, simulations, mentoring and other in-house classes)

    • Prepare training materials as well as manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment

    • Monitor training course attendance and participation

    • Conduct the course evaluations and gather feedback from trainers and participants after each educational session

    • Maintain updated curriculum database and training records

  • Work with facilitators team to monitor the training program

  • Maintain and update training database system and monitor the firm’s CPE requirement

  • Prepare document for Federation of Accounting Professions (FAP) requirement for internal staff and clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields (preferable in Business Admin, Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development or Industrial Psychology)

  • Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Training Facilitator or similar role. New grad is also welcome

  • Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools. Passionate in IT and Technology is preferable in providing modern training methods and techniques.

  • Willing to learn, good team player, good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good command of English (both written and spoken)

  • Able to work under pressure and independently
