Soňa graduated from the Faculty of Business Economy of the University of Economics in Bratislava, accredited field of study Economics and Business Management.
In the period of 2005 â€� 2009 she has been providing M&A advisory in ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø on business acquisitions and disposals. In 2015 she joined ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Talent Solutions team and in her role of the Manager she assists clients with the search and selection of suitable candidates for their finance or business functions. As a former industry professional with a wide network of contacts and her personal brand name linked to ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø in Slovakia, Soňa in the role of Head of Alumni Relations supports the ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Alumni programme which was created to build long-term and meaningful relationships with ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø former colleagues.
She has an experience across various industries from business shared services centres to industrial production. She is fluent in Slovak and English.
