Andrea specializes mainly in buy-side and sell-side advisory (financial, HR and operational due diligence, vendor due diligence, vendor assistance), complex transaction advisory, including SPA and purchase price calculation, planning and implementation of post-transaction integration of companies, restructuring (including IBRs) and project management.
Andrea joined 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 UK in 2016 after obtaining her Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Edinburgh and Master鈥檚 degree in Financial Economics from the University of Amsterdam. In London, she worked in the Transaction Services team, specializing in the financial services sector. Her clients were predominantly companies operating in banking, insurance, and investment management.
Since 2019, she has been a member of the Transaction Services team in Slovakia, where she advises strategic and financial investors on local, regional and international transactions. She has experience in a variety of sectors, including real estate, financial services, travel & hospitality, manufacturing and distribution, among others.
Andrea is a Chartered Accountant under the ICAEW (ACA-qualified).
