Marc Leubner is a Deals Partner specializes in leading cross-border mergers and acquisitions, both inbound and outbound. He is also the Head of Deal Advisory services at 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in Slovakia and has over twenty years of experience in leading multi-national, multi-functional M&A teams maximizing shareholder value across multiple sectors, and for start-ups, scale-ups and mature companies.
Upon his return from the States in 2004, Marc joined the Deal Advisory team and has since been advising local and international companies on either selling or buying companies in Slovakia including performing due diligence investigations, and SPA advisory services. He is also one of the co-authors of the handbook 鈥濱nnovations and Trends in M&A鈥� discussing recent trends in purchase price mechanisms in share purchase agreements and is an active lecturer on M&A related topics.
