He specialises in helping financial institutions navigate complex regulatory landscapes and identify transformation opportunities. In this role, he also leads ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø’s Global ESG Banking Centre of Excellence, which focuses on transition finance and unlocking innovative solutions to sustainable financing.

With more than a decade’s experience in wealth management, Leon has helped to carry out numerous large front-to-back system implementations projects and has run asset migrations across London, Frankfurt, Zurich, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and Singapore.
