Pauline leads the tax governance practice as a Partner at 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in Singapore. She is also part of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Global ESG Advisory team.

Pauline brings with her more than 25 years of experience in tax compliance, tax planning and incentive advisory, tax-efficient transactions structuring (including for initial public offerings), cross-border transactions and mergers and acquisitions (tax due diligence and structuring).

Prior to joining 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in Singapore, she served at the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore鈥檚 Rulings and Tax Policy branch where she oversaw the interpretation of law and complex income tax issues. This experience helped lay the foundation for her tax expertise, providing her with extensive insights into both corporate and individual income taxation.
