Björn is Partner in ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍøs Advisory practice with +20 yearsâ€� experience in M&A and leadership roles. Most recently as Head of Advisory for Sweden, Latvia and Lithuania. Earlier he served as senior partner and chairman of the board of ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Sweden.
Björn has particular focus on Deal Advisory and his experience ranges from advising on acquisitions, disposals, privatizations, financing, valuations and buy-outs. He also has considerable experience in leading complex and multi-disciplinary engagements.
Björn works with global and world-leading companies and has experience and knowledge within areas such as telecom, automotive and the vehicle sector - areas that are increasingly interconnected and developed through new technology.
