Dr. Samer Abdallah leads the ICT Sector practice for 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in Saudi Arabia and Levant.
Samer has over 20 years of professional and consulting experience, spanning a range of industries and geographies. Samer is an expert in major transformation projects from corporate strategy development to execution. He has been a trusted adviser to CEOs, senior government officials, and board of directors of leading organizations.
Prior to joining 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网, Samer founded Prudentis 鈥� an innovative start-up consulting firm 鈥攁nd served as its CEO. Previously, he was a Senior Partner at Peppers & Rogers Group; and a Partner at Deloitte. He also served as a Professor and Research Fellow in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics at the American University of Beirut, the Australian National University, and the University of Oxford. Samer is a thought leader and renowned author of over 50 publications in international refereed journals and conferences, in the fields of innovation, high-tech, artificial intelligence and robotics. He holds a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics from the University of Sydney, Australia, and an MBA from the University of Cambridge, UK.
