Irina started her career more than 18 years ago as a Financial Auditor in our Financial Services practice and, since then, has built significant experience in providing audit and non-audit services to banks, investment and pension funds, non-banking financial institutions and other highly regulated companies, contributing to the way 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 brings trust to the markets. Irina later consolidated her professional career by taking on the challenge of an international experience in Luxembourg, where she worked for a large real estate group, coordinating the audit across several countries. Passionate about people, Irina has invested in their development since the early stages of her career, facilitating technical and soft skills trainings within 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 locally, regionally and to clients. Irina is also one of the internal coaches of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Romania.
