Jan joined 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in 2006. He has over 20 years of professional experience, which covers mainly the area of management consulting services. The main areas of his expertise are strategic and operational advisory including: strategy development, introduction of new products and services, operating models optimization, increasing operational efficiency. He carried out numerous projects aimed at improvement of operational activity in areas like marketing and sales, procurement and logistics, HR. Jan has also extensive experience in operational management of companies from Polish and multinational capital groups. In these companies he was in charge of areas such as strategy, business development, management of large projects or new investments. In 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网, among others, Jan manages the development and activities of Procurement, HR Advisory and Change Management Teams.
