Ma艂gorzata has joined 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in 2005. Since 2009 she has been a certified tax advisor. Since the beginning of her professional career she has been dealing with tax advisory in M&A processes, in particular with respect to tax due diligence and tax structuring of transactions, involving shares and other assets (eg. real estate). Ma艂gorzata actively supports her clients in other aspects related to transactions, such as modelling of tax effective financing structures and negotiations of tax related clauses in transactional documents. In addition, Ma艂gorzata has run projects encompassing international and domestic restructuring processes such as mergers, spin-offs, in-kind contributions etc. Ma艂gorzata has been also involved in day-to-day tax advisory for clients from various lines of business.
