Kashif is the Head of Deal Advisory at ���㣨Leyu���������� in Pakistan.

Kashif brings forth a wealth of expertise spanning over 25 years in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, transaction services, project appraisals and feasibility studies, strategy & corporate restructurings and financial modeling. His extensive experience encompasses deal advisory services rendered to diverse clientele.

Kashif spearheaded numerous engagements in the energy and power sector, financial services sector (including microfinance), telecom, fertilizer and cement sector. He demonstrated in-depth knowledge of industry policies, stakeholders, and infrastructure related to multiple industries.

His advisory services have been instrumental in aiding businesses across numerous sectors, including global corporations, public and private sector domestic organizations, as well as green field projects. Kashif's contributions have facilitated revenue growth, operational efficiency, risk management, and access to capital for may of the Client organizations.

His recent engagements include advisory on merger of two largest fertilizer companies in Pakistan, strategy advice & corporate restructuring of a large business conglomerate in Pakistan, buy side assistance for targets in financial services sector, energy sector, pharmaceutical sector and telecom sector, and project appraisal and feasibility assistance for several green field projects.

He has played pivotal role in inducing excellence for deal advisory services portfolio, while also leading internal initiatives for technology and  IT infrastructure focused on capacity building and service improvements.
