The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) issued a Memorandum, 18 October 2017, informing that beginning 06 November 2017, the eBIRForms System will only accept returns filed thru eBIRForms Package version 6.3. The use of earlier versions of the eBIRForms Package will result in the unsuccesful filing of the tax returns through eBIRForms.
