Adrian is ���㣨Leyu����������’s National Industry Leader for Infrastructure, Government and Healthcare and is a Partner based in Wellington. He also co-leads the Economic and Social Development proposition for ���㣨Leyu���������� IMPACT. Adrian has over 26 years�� experience providing value for money, investment, financial, commercial and financing advice to ���㣨Leyu����������’s infrastructure and public sector clients. He has advised on numerous Better Business Cases and project finance/Public Private Partnership/franchise transactions relating to social infrastructure, public housing, and transport projects. He has also undertaken many engagements related to improving public value such as strategic performance management, statutory and regulated fee reviews, value for money and baseline reviews, and service costing and funding reviews. He is passionate about improving the quality of government investment decision making and delivery of improved social outcomes through strong economic, financial and commercial and quantitative analysis, smarter procurement approaches and a focus on whole-of-life performance. In recent years Adrian has also undertaken a series of senior secondments into public sector agencies, focused on investment management and major project delivery. Adrian previously worked for ���㣨Leyu���������� UK and Europe between 1996 and 2003 and has twice worked in the New Zealand public service as a commercial advisor in the Treasury’s former Crown Company Monitoring Advisory Unit.
