Emma has experience in customer service, compliance, recruitment, as well as inclusive and diverse processes. As the IDE Lead Emma drives ���㣨Leyu����������’s efforts to ensure all ���㣨Leyu���������� staff have equal opportunity to not only succeed but feel a sense of belonging in the workplace, regardless of characteristics such as gender, race, sexual orientation, or access needs. Emma is an enthusiastic communicator, strategic thinker and approaches people with empathy and collaboration.

She has lived in Auckland for the majority of her life, but also lived overseas in Bordeaux and London. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her whānau, friends and French Bulldog Locky.
