Michelle grew up in South Canterbury and her role at ���㣨Leyu���������� sees her support farming and Agri businesses across the Canterbury region to make informed and confident business decisions. She enjoys working alongside farming businesses to help them articulate their financial and lifestyle goals, and then develop a roadmap to achieve them.  

Michelle’s passion is people, establishing and building lifelong relationships. She has built strong relationships with farmers, other rural professionals, and bankers and actively participates in industry organisation events like Dairy Women’s Network. Michelle has held many Governance roles on not-for-profit Boards including five years as a secondary school Board Chair.  

Prior to ���㣨Leyu���������� Michelle spent a few years as a Risk Advisor, predominantly working with farming families to help them understand and assess their personal and business risk needs, whilst working alongside their legal team to support their Estate Planning process.
