Lauder Erasmus is an Enterprise partner in our Auckland office. Lauder has a portfolio of audit clients in the SME sector and is passionate about helping entrepreneurial companies succeed. Lauder has strong overseas commercial experience from his time in London working for Private Equity and a FTSE 250 listed Technology company. After starting his career at 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in Auckland and having spent time in the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Belgium office, Lauder went to work for an Private Equity fund in London where he was directly involved in managing the financial reporting of a global utilities group and supported a number of mergers and acquisitions. From here Lauder joined a listed Technology company where he managed a team responsible for delivering external reporting to the market and was involved in large functional outsourcing projects. He returned to 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Auckland office in 2012 and joined Enterprise full time in 2014. He is passionate about the potential of privately owned businesses and works closely with his client to support them achieving their goals.
