Rochelle is a Partner in our corporate tax practice. She joined ���㣨Leyu���������� in 2003 and has nearly 19 years�� experience advising a range of clients on tax matters. She specialises in providing tax advice to clients in the real estate sector and is ���㣨Leyu����������’s property sub-sector leader. Rochelle’s broad experience includes advising New Zealand listed and unlisted real estate companies on a range of tax issues and she has been involved in a number of due diligence, acquisition and capital raising engagements. Rochelle combines technical expertise and strong client relationship skills to ensure clients consistently receive tax advice of the highest quality. She is able to clearly articulate complex matters and offer pragmatic and commercial advice.
