The name Kiwa is taken from the ingoa 惭腻辞谤颈, Te-Moana-nui-a-Kiwa, which is the name for the Pacific Ocean. Kiwa represents and celebrates the diversity of this great ocean and its many nations and cultures it brings to our workplace. Kiwa is committed to growing our 惭腻辞谤颈 and Pasifika cultural capability and competency, sharing knowledge and celebrating diversity. We aim to build a workforce that reflects the communities we serve, as well as create a workplace that is supportive and welcoming for all.
Kiwa Mentoring Programme
The Kiwa mentoring programme is designed for 惭腻辞谤颈 and Pasifika tertiary students interested in a corporate career. The programme runs once a year, typically aligned with the second semester.
Throughout the programme, Kiwa host various workshops to help students feel confident as 惭腻辞谤颈 and Pasifika in corporate spaces, navigate the recruitment process, network with 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 people across all divisions, and reflect on their strengths and growth areas.
Doing work that matters
We are involved in mahi that impact 惭腻辞谤颈 and Pasifika communities, whether by working with the government, iwi or corporate organisations.
Some of our Kiwa team worked closely with Te Puni K艒kiri to create a tailored business assessment and grant management solution called 鈥淭e Tomokanga鈥� 鈥� a gateway to transforming, uplifting and creating better outcomes for all.
Te Puni K艒kiri engaged 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in New Zealand because of our deep expertise in Government and Te Ao 惭腻辞谤颈 (the 惭腻辞谤颈 worldview) and our digital services and Microsoft capabilities.
