Muel Kaptein has been active as an organizational consultant and auditor in the field of business ethics, integrity and compliance since 1991. For example, he co-founded 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Integrity in 1996 and 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Sustainability in 1999. In his current position as a partner at 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网, he works with a multidisciplinary team of consultants and auditors in the areas of soft controls, culture and integrity.
Muel has helped many clients in the field of crisis management and restoration of trust. The culture model he developed is applied within many organizations at home and abroad. He has also (co)developed numerous tools, such as the dilemma game Open Card, the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Dilemma App and the Integrity Thermometer.
Since 1991 he has also been working at RSM Erasmus University, where he teaches in the areas of leadership, sustainability and governance. It is his belief that ethical behavior makes organizations better.
