Steve has been leading ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø’s Tax and Legal Department for the last 13 years. He is also the Head of Real estate Group of ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Baltics, and the Energy Sector in ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø in Latvia. Tax professional with experience in several international professional services firms in various countries from 1988, worked for the BIG 4 firms in the UK, Latvia and Russia.

He has worked on and led a whole range of transaction related tax engagements including mergers and acquisitions, due diligences, international structuring and acquisition assistance. A major focus of his work in recent years has been managing the tax (and legal) service provision to inward investors and overseas-owned companies. He has advised clients on all types of tax, legal and other issues.
