On 24 October 2024, ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Audit S.à r.l. (“the Audit Firmâ€�) became aware of some information pertaining to the annual accounts of FWU Life Insurance Lux S.A. (“the Companyâ€�) for the financial year ended 31 December 2020 (“the Annual Accountsâ€�), which was not previously communicated to ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Luxembourg, société coopérative at the time of the statutory audit of the Annual Accounts.

Consequently, the Audit Firm concluded that the audit report on the Annual Accounts released by ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Luxembourg, société coopérative, should no longer be relied upon.
