Benjamin is a Partner within the alternative investments tax department at ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Luxembourg with 13 years of professional experience gained in Luxembourg. He currently advises a broad spectrum of clientsâ€� fund managers investing in alternative assets on tax matters relevant to transactions including the acquisition, holding and realization of the investment. He also regularly assists fund managers in technical analysis in connection with regulatory aspects or in the legislative agenda (notably BEPS, ATAD and DAC6).
