Birut臈 is leading the tax and accounting teams in providing advisory and compliance services to companies from various sectors. During her career at 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in Lithuania, Birute has participated in numerous tax and legal advisory projects. She has worked and lead a whole range of transaction related tax engagements including business restructuring projects, M&A transactions, tax planning, individual taxation and advice on recent changes in tax legislation. She is also participating in several work-groups involved in business development and tax legislation drafting, lecturing at training sessions.
