The President approved Law¹ On the State Budget for 2023 â€� 2025. The Law establishes the following indexes effective from 1 January 2023:

• The minimum salary is 70 000 tenge (currently â€� 60 000 tenge);
• The minimum state basic pension is 24 341 tenge (currently â€� 20 191 tenge);
• The minimum pension is 53 076 tenge (currently â€� 48 032 tenge);
• Monthly index factor is 3 450 tenge (currently 3 180 tenge â€� for social payments; 3 063 tenge â€� for fines and taxes);
• The cost of living for the calculation of basic social benefits is 40 567 tenge (currently - 37 389 tenge).
