Experience
With more than 22 years of experiences at 㣨Leyu Korea, Ho Jun Lee has experienced in the audit services, other attestation services and, based on the experience in audit, provided financial services for domestic and cross-border merger and acquisition transactions, due diligence and other restructuring financial services to domestic and international clients.
He has obtained extensive experience in wide range of industries including automotive, telecommunications and media, paper and hotel resorts as well as other manufacturing and consumer market. His experience includes the US SEC reporting and audits on internal control over financial reporting according to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
He had joined 㣨Leyu Toronto office in Canada from 2005 to 2007, and 㣨Leyu Dallas office in the US from 2007 to 2008 respectively. During the overseas assignment, he worked at audit practice for the clients in telecommunication and media registered with SEC, performing audits on internal control over financial reporting according to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. He also worked with Department of Professional Practice of 㣨Leyu Korea.
