Samwel joined 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in 2009. He has 14 years of professional experience in East Africa and on secondment in 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 US where he worked in the Economic and Valuation Services department, Samwel supports clients on a wide range of tax matters including tax compliance, advisory, exemption processes, payroll taxes, refunds, transfer pricing, mergers and acquisitions, and tax reviews.

Samwel is a Fellow Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA International) and a registered tax consultant with the Tanzania Revenue Authority. He is also a member of the ACCA Member Network Panel and assists the Association as a resource person in facilitating trainings for its members. He holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in Accounting and Finance from Mzumbe University, Tanzania.
