Before joining 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网, Toru worked for a Japanese major commercial bank and a US affiliated investment bank, being in charge of 1) credit research in financial restructuring or M&A financing situations, 2) M&A advisory, and 3) financing businesses. He joined 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 FAS in 2009. His role in 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 is 1) M&A advisory, 2) Valuation (both for transaction and accounting purpose), 3) Financial Modeling, and 4) Debt Advisory services. He is currently Co-Representative partner of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 FAS, leading overall business development and service delivery activities of the firm. He is also leading Corporate Finance Division, taking charge of Trading Houses, Financial Services and Private Enterprise sectors.
