Effective January 2, 2024, Damion was appointed a Partner of the firm. Damion has over 18 years of experience in public accounting in both audit and business advisory across several industries. In his new role, he will have a specialized focus on the Insurance, Travel, Leisure & Tourism, and Corporate sectors, addressing unique regulatory demands prevalent in these industries.

Damion has over 15 years experience in public accounting. He has comprehensive experience in both audit and business advisory roles. Damion has participated in audits across various industries such as: manufacturing and distribution, consumer products, financial services ( insurance) and government bodies, including a three-year international mobility assignment with 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Bermuda. He has also performed quality performance reviews across the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 network.
