Tricia is an Associate Director within 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Caricom, an integrated 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 economic network within the Caribbean, with 23 Partners, 16 Directors, 120 Managers and over 1,240 staff.

Tricia joined the firm in 2001 and is an Associate Director with audit quality monitoring responsibilities. She has significant experience working on group audits.  She was a member of the firm鈥檚 IFRS 9  Technical Committee which led the implementation of IFRS 9 in 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Jamaica. She has conducted QPR, quality monitoring reviews and second line of defence reviews and has assisted with RCP testing.

As one of the firm鈥檚 senior personnel, Tricia鈥檚 commercial outlook and outstanding client service leadership continues to strengthen the capacity of those that she leads. This has contributed to the firm鈥檚 ability to consistently deliver excellence client service and develop our people.

Tricia鈥檚 broad audit background has provided her with considerable industry experience in various sectors in Jamaica, including: financial services, consumer goods, pension funds, remittance and education.
