Hagit is responsible for the health practice of our firm. As part of her job she accompanies the companies in their periodic reports, communications with the Securities Authority and the tax authorities and transactions involving the companies under her care. Hagit’s main specialty is handling industrial companies in various sectors. Hagit handled the international standards transition project of many public and private companies even before the international financial reporting standards were adopted in Israel. Hagit has considerable experience in accompanying local and foreign issuances, capital raisings and large acquisition transactions.
