D贸nal specialises in biomethane and also works on a broad range of topics including decarbonisation, energy engineering, and sustainable fuels. Recently, D贸nal completed his PhD thesis with MaREI in 2023, titled 鈥淥ptimising the logistics of on-farm anaerobic digestion systems in Ireland鈥�, and has previously worked as an energy consultant and research analyst.
