Formerly a partner in 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网's New York and London offices, Mike has extensive experience in U.S. GAAP, securities offerings and cross-border capital raising. He advises clients in the private equity, pharmaceuticals, energy services, technology and real estate industries and currently works with a number of U.S. multinationals in Ireland.
