Paddy is a member of ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø’s Private Enterprise team and has over 20 yearsâ€� experience advising clients on a wide range of UK and international tax matters. His client base encompasses both owner managed businesses and multinational groups within the hospitality, manufacturing, utilities and property sectors. He has extensive experience in tax structuring, tax diligence, international tax planning, property taxation, refinancing and M&A activity. In addition, Paddy has been involved in numerous HMRC enquiries including taking matters to litigation.
