David is a Director in Corporate Finance specialising in M&A and financing transactions.
Based in our Cork office, David also leads our wider Deal Advisory offering for clients in the Munster region. He has many years of experience in both international and domestic corporate finance deals across a range of sectors, having joined 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网, first in Canada in 2018 where he established and led the Canadian firms鈥� Debt Advisory practice before relocating back to Ireland in 2022. Prior to joining 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网, David gained significant transaction and corporate banking experience over 16 years at four financial institutions in Ireland, Canada and the U.S.
