We provide significant pro-bono work for some of Ireland's most dedicated charities and voluntary bodies who work towards alleviating poverty, including Concern, who deliver lifesaving and life-changing interventions to the world's poorest and most vulnerable people across the world, and Barnardo’s who provide trauma-informed support to Ireland’s most vulnerable children.
In 2024, colleagues across the firm raised funds for organisations working to reduce poverty including Focus Ireland, Tiglin, UNICEF and more.
Our pro-bono programme provides notable service to charities working towards this goal which is about creating a world free of hunger by 2030, such as Concern who work towards ending hunger, malnutrition and increasing agricultural productivity in Developing countries.
We are proud to support as the main sponsor of their corporate volunteer programme. They provide a range of services to help people with intellectual disabilities in the greater Dublin Area. Hundreds of our people volunteer with the charity each year.
Our people also volunteer with Vision Ireland with their befriending programme, helping to alleviate loneliness of service users. We provide pro-bono services to organisations like Debra Ireland, Irish Heart Foundation, Orbis Ireland and more charities working towards this goal.
Last year, employee fundraising and firm donations went towards charities including Irish Cancer Society, Acquired Brain Injury Ireland, The Jack & Jill Foundation, Marymount Hospice and Down Syndrome Ireland.

We are proud to support the next generation of female leaders in sport and business. We are a founding member of the 30% Club in Ireland and active on the Professional Services Group, inputting to the 30% Club Flourishing Equally in the Workplace Framework.
We support Going for Growth, a programme for female entrepreneurs which encourages women to accelerate the growth of their business. We were a lead sponsor of the 20x20 campaign, which aimed to increase visibility of women across sport, and we continue to support women in sport through our sponsorship of Irish golfer Leona Maguire, jockey Rachel Blackmore and athlete Rashidat Adeleke.
We have also set an ambition for 50% of all partner promotions to be women from 2025 and have developed a to help us get there.
Access to safe and sustainable water is essential for health, communities, and the environment. However, with rising global demand due to population growth, urbanisation, and industrial needs, responsible water management is more important than ever.
At ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Ireland, we are committed to responsible water management as part of our broader sustainability efforts. Since 2019, we have reduced our water usage by 78%, cutting consumption from 21.8 million litres to 4.8million litres in 2024, with a target of just 1,000 litres per employee annually - well below average household use.
We have implemented aerators, smart water timers, controlled taps, and water-saving urinals across our offices, while also exploring rainwater harvesting, timed showers, enhanced leak detection, and live water monitoring. By continuously innovating, we are driving real impact and ensuring a more sustainable future for our people, communities, and the environment.
We are on an accelerated path towards Net Zero by 2030 and a key enabler for the firm is to have clean, low carbon and reliable energy sources. With this in mind, we are continuously evolving our approach to sustainability. Our electricity is now fully green-sourced, and we are reducing our environmental footprint by supplementing our natural gas usage with biogas. We have also trialled innovative solutions like Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO) as a cleaner alternative to fossil fuels for heating, taking bold steps to further minimise our impact.
We are partnered with Business in the Community Ireland to provide a mentoring programme for immigrant jobseekers who have a business qualification from their home country. Volunteers take part in 1:1 mentoring, providing CV advice, interview practise and career guidance to help people with the skills and confidence they need to gain employment
Since 2011, 85% of mentees on the ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø mentoring programmes made significant progress in their job search by starting employment, enrolling in appropriate training or starting work experience.

We have teamed up with to provide mentors, on their programme which aims to support 5,000 girls from across Ireland, in disadvantaged schools to achieve a university qualification in 21st Century STEM skills, promoting STEM education and careers to socio- economically disadvantaged girls across Ireland.
We also work with the Trinity Centre for People with Intellectual Disabilities (TCPID), which promotes the inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities in education and society. We have and continue to hire placements from this programme.

We are committed to sourcing responsibly, partnering with suppliers who share our sustainability values, and prioritising ethical, environmentally friendly products and services.
Our offices are designed with sustainability in mind, featuring smart energy-efficient systems and comprehensive waste management programmes. More recently we saved over 200,000 single use cups in one year due to the transition to 2GoCups within our offices. We have also partnered with ReTurn to donate empty cans and plastic bottles with all proceeds going to Down Syndrome Ireland. We are driving digital transformation to reduce paper consumption, empowering our teams to choose eco-friendly options in their day-to-day work.

At ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Ireland, we are already committed and enroute to becoming a net-zero organisation by 2030, with verified science-based targets to guide our path. By 2030, we aim to have reduced our Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by at least 80% and our Scope 3 emissions by 30%. Since our baseline of 2019, we have already reduced our absolute emissions by over 60%.
Our efforts are also reflected in the reduction of emissions per full-time employee, which have dropped from 5.6 tonnes to 2.1 tonnes in the same period. As part of this commitment, we've supported the development of Ireland's fourth National Biodiversity Action Plan and contributed to the Nature of Finance report, exploring the nature-related risks and opportunities for the Irish financial sector.
We are also proud to be a key member of the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD), helping to integrate nature into business strategies and risk management, with a focus on transparency and accountability.
Locally, we are acting by embedding biodiversity into our new Dublin HQ, opening in 2026, with biophilic features like apiaries, green spaces, and sustainable materials. We are also repurposing materials into bird boxes and planters for local schools and communities and organising regular beach clean-ups in our regions to protect vital habitats across Ireland. Through these efforts, ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Ireland is dedicated to creating a nature-positive future for both our business and the planet.
Our people showed solidarity with Ukraine by donating funds and the firm matching them. Over �100,000 was donated to UNICEF to help families affected by the war.
A further â‚�50,000 was donated by the firm to a ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø worldwide initiative to get critical supplies including medical equipment, medicines, hygiene items, disinfectants and non-perishable foods to the Poland/Ukraine border. Our volunteers also supported Ukrainian refugees in Ireland with career buddy support run in conjunction with the Irish Red Cross Ukrainian Centre in Rathmines.
