Tamás joined ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Legal Tóásó Law Firm in 2022 as an associate. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Miskolc. During his university years, he was awarded second place at the National Scientific Studentsâ€� Associations Conference, where he studied the of the recodification of trade secrets. Before joining ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø, he gained experience in several renowned law firms, primarily in M&A, corporate law, banking and financial regulatory. Tamás advised clients in several due diligence projects, transactions, and cross-border restructurings, while taking advantage of his structured approach in banking, capital markets and financial regulatory related matters as well.
