Andr谩s joined 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Tax in 2006. Previously, he had worked at a law firm and at the tax authority. He is a chartered tax advisor and an attorney-at-law with a second degree in taxation. As the director of our Corporate Tax, M&A Tax, Deal Advisory tax group, he has gained extensive experience in taxation issues as well as related accounting and legal matters. His core service areas are among others transaction-related tax services including due diligence services, structuring and negotiation support, statutory audit related tax support and tax dispute resolution including litigation. As an attorney-at-law of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥榮 law firm, he has been representing many clients before court as well. In terms of core tax types, Andr谩s primarily specializes in direct taxes (corporate and local business tax), sector specific taxes, local taxes and duties (RETT), but he has a firm general understanding on further key tax areas as well. His clientele includes companies from the automotive, electronics, IT, real estate, hotel, retail and wholesale, energy, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, media and other sectors.
