Erika joined ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø in 2018 and leads the Strategy & Operations team. She holds a master's degree in economics from Corvinus University of Budapest and a master's degree from CEMS program, and also completed the Service Design expert training at the Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design. Over her career, she has led or participated in numerous significant and complex consulting projects and gained experience on the client side as well. Her expertise includes telecommunications, organizational and operational review and development, strategy development, process management, employee and customer experience design, and service design. Her main focus is on people-centered design and its implementation in corporate strategic and operational matters.
