Tomislav joined ���㣨Leyu���������� in April 1997 as a tax consultant and since then has provided a full range of tax planning and advisory services to foreign multinational corporations as well as local businesses operating in Croatia. Tomislav’s assistance to clients has covered all taxation aspects of their establishment and maintenance of operations in Croatia, with his recent focus being transfer pricing and group restructuring. Tomislav has participated in various projects related to the business activities of multinational groups in Croatia, including preparation of documentation to support the transfer prices in transactions with foreign related companies, the economic analyses of the level of prices and profitability indicators of companies involved in cross border related party transactions, complex functional and risk analyses of contractual agreements and optimisation of such relations. Tomislav regularly participates as a speaker in various lectures and seminars related to transfer pricing and international taxation. Tomislav’s experience includes participation in tax due diligence projects, either stand-alone or as a part of financial due diligence projects, as well as tax reviews as a part of the audit of annual financial statements.
