Dimitrios has been with ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø in Greece since 2008. During his career to ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø, led the implementation of large size and complex transactions (e.g. mergers and acquisitions, divestures and privatizations) by offering financial advisory and transaction support services to listed/ private companies, institutional investors as well as private equity in Greece and abroad.

Furthermore, he has led numerous projects involving deal strategy, financial / vendor due diligence, financial modelling, business plan review, SPA advice, agreed upon procedures and project management services. He has also participated in sale / securitization transactions of performing and non-performing loans.

 

Today, he is Partner in the Deal Advisory of ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø.
