Vassilios Kaminaris is the Head of Audit of ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø in Greece with more than 25 years of experience in professional services. As an Audit Partner he have been leading the audit of a number of very large and complex listed entities of the FTSE Large Cap index of the Athens Exchange. Through his career he have worked extensively in power & utilities, metals & mining, consumer products as well as airlines and oil & gas sectors. The engagements he have been involved in include External Audit, Internal Audit, Forensic Investigations, Sustainability Services, Socioeconomic Impact Assessments, Sustainability strategy, IFRS, US GAAP, Internal Controls, IPOs & Offerings. He studied Economics at the University of Athens, and have an MBA from the ALBA Graduate Business School. Further on he had Executive Education in IMD, Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and Harvard Business School. He is also a Certified Auditor Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor.
