Ellie joined the Deal Advisory team in the Isle of Man in 2022 having spent three and a half years in audit, where she led parts of the audit for several of the firm’s larger clients. Ellie qualified as a chartered accountant in 2021. Since joining the Deal Advisory team, Ellie has worked on a number of buy-side and sell-side assignments across a wide range of sectors, including the provision of financial due diligence on the separation of a leading global offshore corporate service provider from the law firm business.
