Alex joined 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Guernsey after returning to the island in 2022 having spent five years developing his expertise in the corporate finance industry in London.
Alex specialises in the provision of financial due diligence, with the majority of his experience focused on supporting mid-market private equity clients in the assessment of acquisition targets across Europe.
His expertise extends to both buy-side and sell-side engagements and has advised on transactions of varying sizes across a wide range of sectors, including financial services, technology, media, telecommunications and entertainment.
