Lauren Morrissey is a Partner in 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Deal Advisory group based in Copenhagen. Lauren has been with 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 since 2002, when she started in Sydney as part of the undergraduate scholarship cadet program. She has been at 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Denmark since October 2008, initially on a two year secondment to join the A.P. M酶ller-M忙rsk audit team. Her secondment became a permanent contract and Lauren transferred from audit to Deal Advisory in 2013. She is now a dual Danish and Australian citizen.

Lauren leverages upon her over 10 years鈥� experience in audit working across a wide range of industries and clients to be a skilled due diligence professional. Her transactions experience includes buy- and sell-side engagements for both small and large family-, private equity-, and publicly-owned companies. Whilst Lauren has transaction experience across a number of sectors, she specialises in advising buyers on cross border transactions.
