With more than 35 years in the profession, of which 25 years have been at the partner level, Michael has gained considerable knowledge and extensive experience through successfully rendering audit and advisory services to listed clients, international groups and Danish subsidiaries.
Michael has more than 20 years of experience of servicing clients preparing financial statements in accordance with IFRS. Being an accredited IFRS Reviewing Partner, Michael has access to both domestic and international ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø resources that may be required to assist clients with complex audit, accounting and reporting issues.

Michael is the Head of Nordic DPP with ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø and serves as both internal and external lecturer. Michael has extensive experience with IFRS reporting comprising both audit and accounting services to numerous large and global companies.
Michael is one of the 16 members of ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø’s global IFRS Panel, and he participates in several of ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø’s international Topic Teams within e.g. consolidation, business combinations, pension obligations and share-based remuneration.
